if it were possible to leave zero stars I would. The office manager is incredibly nasty & rude. They never inform you when they receive approval from your insurance company so the approval lapses so then they blame you for missing appointments, even though every time I came to my appointments there was always reason they delayed care. Last time it was that I needed an extraction of a broken molar tooth before he'd do the root canal. When I asked for a copy of my treatment records to be mailed, the jerk told me he'd just send my X-rays and told me to get the rest from my insurance even though I am entitled by law to receive an entire copy of my medical record upon request. Its okay though, I'll be filing a complaint with the dept of health because apparently they think its okay to treat medicaid members this way.
Absolutely thrilled with my dental implant! The doctor did an amazing job, and I felt no pain at all. It took some time, but it was 100% worth it. The office is always spotless, and the staff is beyond kind. So glad I chose this place!
Im a patient of this office for years and always received the best service. Drs are amazing and very professional. I will continue receiving their services and I have recommended to many friends and family. They are the best!!
Very comfortable please fast you don’t sit for long very helpful. They explained everything to you clearly make sure you understand and they try the best to keep you comfortable and make everything easy going. I love this dental office. It’s very warming and comfortable.
This office does more work than needed, only seeking profit from you. I got bombarded with appointment after appointment I was struggling to keep up when I was originally told I needed a few fill ins elsewhere, here I needed so many root canals. Don’t fall for the “you need antibiotics for your gums” scam either, seek second opinion first. I tried to reschedule my appointment and was given a nasty attitude, I tried to explain to the receptionist that I have a busy lifestyle and simple confused the dates, but she didn’t want to hear me and insisted they give phone calls which I didn’t get and messages, which was the reason I realized I confused the dates and wasn’t going to make the appointment. She didn’t want to hear me out or help me, she said she would just cancel my appointment (which they tell you before hand can result in a fee). I’ve already had a feeling they were sketchy, so I took it as a sign they arnt the right fit for me. They could care less about accessibility to dental care for all New Yorkers.
